Key Energy is Italy’s leading trade fair devoted to renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable mobility. Every March it gathers more than 800 exhibitors and thousands of professionals—utilities, developers, EPCs, OEMs and public-sector stakeholders—at the Rimini Expo Centre to present solutions for photovoltaics, storage, wind, hydrogen, smart grids and EV charging.
A rich programme of scientific conferences and round-tables on policy and green finance confirms Key Energy as a strategic hub for the Mediterranean market and the gateway to Europe for international players in the energy transition.
For the 2025 edition, Esplora designed three twin stands, identical in size, yet each with a distinct personality—for Antai Solar, Megarevo and Yuma Solar. Each stand measured roughly 30 m² and pursued two core goals: displaying flagship products and strengthening brand equity in a B2B context where networking is at least as valuable as visibility.
Cross-cutting concept
Our guiding principle was “Networking first.”More than 40 percent of each footprint was allocated to quick-meeting tables and lounge areas, screened just enough to permit confidential discussions without isolating visitors. Around these relational hubs we built made-to-measure designs that showcased the products through different visual languages, all unified by lightweight, recycled and recyclable materials: timber and aluminium structures from our in-house carpentry shop, plus low-consumption full-LED graphics and lighting.

Antai Solar opted for an island layout complemented by a truss rig bearing the logo. Open conversational areas blend with a slightly more private corner equipped with a state-of-the-art monitor for small meetings. Product displays complete the space, while the LED logo and coloured accents lend the project a modern feel. The entire area is fully walk-on.

Megarevo chose a semi-enclosed space in which its flagship product dominates. Two small meeting zones flank a design in the brand’s corporate colours. Custom lighting and logo placement ensure maximum stand visibility, and a compact reception desk welcomes guests.

Yuma Solar recreated a scaled-down house to immerse customers in real-world applications of its solar panels. A conversation area adjoins a modern reception desk whose lines continue into the main wall of the stand. High-resolution graphics add extra impact to this island layout.
Results
The three projects epitomise Esplora’s bespoke approach, aimed at enhancing products, brands and people. End-to-end in-house management delivers deep process know-how, enabling fast, precise execution.
Over the three show days the stands recorded an average of more than 390 qualified visits each, generating about 145 leads and over 30 on-site meetings per brand. A post-event survey returned an average satisfaction score of 4.7/5 for the overall experience.

These figures confirm Key Energy – The Energy Transition Expo as Europe’s second-largest photovoltaic event and the Mediterranean benchmark for renewables, storage, smart grids and e-mobility.
The numbers show that stand design not only attracted visitors but also converted interest into concrete contacts and left an extremely positive impression—precisely the outcome sought at a B2B trade fair.
Why it works
In a market where technology and pricing tend to converge, the stand experience becomes the real competitive differentiator.
By integrating immersive design, relationship-centric spaces and genuine sustainability, Antai Solar, Megarevo and Yuma Solar turned Key Energy 2025 from a simple showcase into a high-conversion business platform.
